Currently he is member of the Advisory Committee to the City Council of Barcelona, member of the Commissione finale di Dottorato in Progettazione Archi-tettonica e Urbana - Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and of the Agenzia Nazionale di Valutazione del Siste-ma Universitario e della Ricerca (Italian Government).

The PhD in anthropology in 2004 Liviu Chelcea's doctoral thesis, defended at the University of Michigan, analyzed urban trans-formations, the State and the family relationships during na-tionalization houses in Bucharest in the 40s and 50s and their re-fund after 1990. Since 2005 is di-rector of the Center for studies and research in the field of culture under the Ministry of Culture.

Paul de Graaf (Wieringermeer, 1972) is a (landscape)architect and system thinker interested in the relationship between architecture, landscape and ecology. A founding member of the Dutch expert group in urban agriculture Eetbaar Rotterdam, he is initiator and main author of the study “Room for Urban Agriculture in Rotterdam” and expert on the sustainable integration of urban agriculture and other multifunctional living systems in the modern city.
Paul de Graaf is a member of the International Ecological Engineering Society (IEES).

Cerasella Craciun is Professor at the"Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism, the department of urban design and landscaping, being involved both in the design process as well as in education and research in European studies and projects in the area's landscape, urbanism and sustainable urban development. She proposes a new approach to human relations with the city, as volumes protective complex temporal and perceptual information, a smart epidermis constantly metamorphosing and interchange. Andreea Popa is Professor at the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism, the department of urban design and landscaping, as specialist and researcher of territorial, cultural facilities, policies and implementation means. She was involved in various large scale projects, with sustained activity in the fields of design and urban development, lawns and landscaping.
