With your participation you accept the terms and conditions. 

To attend the screening requires pre-registration and pre-payment of ticket(s). Your attendance is valid only when you fill out and send this form, make the payment, and have received a confirmation. Incomplete registrations will be deleted. A payment receipt will be waiting at the door. If you do not receive a confirmation to your registration, please write to admin[at]ecoweek.org. Seating per movie theater arrangement or on first-come first serve basis only.  Film in English with Hebrew subtitles as provided by the official distributor of the film. Tickets refund per movie theater policy. If pre-ordered through ECOWEEK tickets are non-refundable. If screening canceled by ECOWEEK you will be refunded with the full amount. In case of force major the screening will be rescheduled. Number of seats are limited and ECOWEEK maintains the right to close registration once seats have been filled. Food and drink per the hosting movie theater policy.

SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY

ECOWEEK hosts its events in venues that are accessible, healthy and safe. Attending events indoors or outdoors and travel between, to and/or from ECOWEEK events is the responsibility of each participant. As an ECOWEEK participant you are advised and encouraged to purchase privately a TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE that will cover you in the unlikely event of injury or loss of property while in indoor or outdoor activity. With your registration to ECOWEEK, you agree that ECOWEEK has no responsibility for injury or death or damage or loss, damage or theft of private property during ECOWEEK events and in ECOWEEK related venues and activities, and that you waive any claim for responsibility or compensation from ECOWEEK, its legal representatives, staff, assistants, associates, volunteers, partners, and any other legal entity directly or indirectly involved in the organization and implementation of ECOWEEK events and activities.
